Make the right decisions for your back with an application designed by healthcare professionals.

Doado is there to help you in a personalized way with your back pain or to act in prevention by strengthening it .
In a few questions that automatically adapt to you, (pain, type of work, type of sports) obtain an assessment of your situation with explanations.
Make your personalized video program, exercises and ergonomics, made by physiotherapists, to do at home with or without equipment.

Answer simple and personalized questions entirely designed by physiotherapists. You have a doubt about a question, click on “learn more”, our physiotherapist gives you more information in a video or in writing.

Find two entries in the Doado application.
- "I have back pain": Relieve your back pain (lumbar, cervical and thoracic) with a personalized program or a recommendation to see your doctor or a physiotherapist. Do not hesitate to show him this report which will be able to inform him about your back pain.
- "Maintain my back with Doado+": Strengthen your back with personalized sessions of 15 to 20 minutes maximum. A perfect combination of your daily life to feel in good shape and with health explanations.

Take preventive action and go even further with Doado+.
Carry out your sports routine with us. Perform muscle strengthening, always guided by our physiotherapists, to act on your well-being on a daily basis. Doado+ is more than 300 videos adapted to your level, and meeting your needs, namely:
- sports performance,
- targeted prevention for your work,
- or in general prevention.
Programs lasting from 15 to 20 min easy to insert into your daily life.

Videos of exercises and adapted ergonomics, to relieve and strengthen your back. Do them at your own pace, go back, and if it's too painful or too easy, move on to the next one.
The goal is to relieve your back pain, support you in resuming physical activity, or do prevention by improving your physical condition.
There are exercises for all levels, programs generated according to your physical activity, to be done at home with or without equipment.
