"I鈥檝e suffered too, You鈥檙e never alone.
First, I know what you are going through. I know what it鈥檚 like to live in a constant state of fear and not being able to talk about it. They can鈥檛 seem to understand, so it just gets harder and harder to trust anyone.
Then you start to create these false realities and try to do it all on your own way. But you are only really masking and distracting the anxiety and not living life. And the feeling of guilt and loneliness grows because you just keep hurting people around you. It鈥檚 a maelstr枚m that seems impossible to escape because it fuels itself out of those emotions. It only stays the same at best, and you just grow numb, get lost in it and the weight that you have to carry.
You tried everything to get out of it: all sorts of med, seeing every professional out there, meditation, read every book on the subject, but nothing takes care of the problem. At best, a little relief for a few days, but then you are back into it again.
