When you file an auto claim with Kemper, your rep will determine whether the Kemper Photo Claims app can help you quickly submit photos of your vehicle damage for faster claims service. Eligible customers will be sent a text message with a link to download the app.
Once your photos, videos and comments have been uploaded and shared with us, they鈥檒l be reviewed to help us better assess the damage as a part of your claim. You鈥檒l then be contacted directly with an estimate.
